What is Dharma
The sanscrit word Dharma may be translated as righteousness, virtue or duty. In short, it is what each of us ought to do in order to evolve. Dharma does not detract from your own free will – you must act correctly in all aspects of life. It reminds you that you ought to live according to the ethic principles, so that you reach your inner freedom. Acting on the basis of this principle, Dharma is everything that makes you develop without suffering.
How I began to work with flower and gem essences
I founded Dharma company in Belo Horizonte-MG in 1993 to provide support for the therapeutic work that I have been developing since 1990. The choice of name was inspired by the spirit of a homeopathic doctor from India, Dr. Olda, whom I regard as one of my mentors.

As an spiritualist person, her work has always considered this aspect through the years of research with gems and flowers of Dharma Essences system.
In conjunction with this activity, through the years she improved her academic formation to provide support for her work with vibrational essences.

» Broadened her training in systemic therapy with Luigi Boscolo, Gianfranco Cecchin, Chloe Madanes among other important professionals of the area.
» Interned in 1999 working with Italian families at Istituto della Famiglia in Milan, Italy, supervised by Dr. Luigi Boscolo.
» In 1996 brought to Brazil Dr. Johan Klefbeck, her teacher and director of The Crisis Center of Botkyrka, Stockholm, Sweden, to conduct a workshop about social network interventions in the country.
» Practioner certificate in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy by The Milton Erickson Foundation, Phoenix, AZ, with Dr. Jeffrey Zeig. Ph.D. and specialization with Dr. Ernest Lawrence Rossi, Ph.D., that concluded in 1995.
» Practioner certificate in Australian Flower Essences Bush System. In 2002 traveled to Mainly and Outback of Australia to increase her knowledge of native plants and trained with Ian White.
» Practioner certificate in Flower Essences of California, with Patricia Kaminsky and Richard Katz in Nevada City, USA.
» Practioner certificate with Psychologist Hércoles Jaci, a friend and teacher and Ruth Toledo, some of pioneers therapists in flower essences in Brazil, among other courses in the field.
» Practioner certificate with Cynthia A.Kemp, researcher of Arizona Desert Essences.

Volunteering works with Vibrational Essences
» Escola Estadual Pestallozi – 1992/1995 . Under coordination of Dr. Marli Lara Chaves, supervisor of the school Psycholy Dept.. Results of this work were presented in the International Congress about Social Network Intervention in 1993 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
» Therapeutic intervention with homeless – 2001/2002. Work developed with 17 homeless living at Joao Moura Street in Pinheiros, Sao Paulo City, SP. After one year of intervention, among other good results, it was reached reintegration of 8 participants to their families.
» Projeto Barracão – Ibiuna-SP – 2003/2004. Work supported since 1995 by Mr. Carlos Barussi and volunteers. Donation of Dharma Essences to the soup offered to 150 registered families, weekly. F-10 – Self Esteem and F-11 – Liberation of Family Karma.
